How it works
This is not your usual offsite.Each participating organisation sends one senior leader and two emerging talents (early-career professionals aged 18–30) to co-design bold, cross-generational experiments.Intimate by design, the circle is limited to just six to eight companies.

Day 1: Rewire the Corporate Culture Container
You’ll reimagine what culture can be through the lens of:> Self-leadership
> Collaboration
> Brand
> Purpose
> EthicsExplore these CultureOS elements through immersive dialogue, experiential learning, and guided reflection. Expect discomfort, breakthroughs, and fresh insight.
Day 2: Moving from Insight to Experiment
On the second day, we flip the script.Ideas become prototypes as you enter a live hackathon with your team and peers.Together, we’ll co-design bold experiments to challenge outdated norms, each shaped to be tested within your organisation during the CultureOS Field Lab (Phase 2).This is the starting point of disciplined experimentation.
